Payment - I accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers and personal checks (must clear my bank before shipping). Please contact me prior to sending payment so we can agree on a total and I know the payment is coming.

Shipping - I am an authorized shipper through UPS and the cost is $45 for shipment to CA, AZ, or NV, and $50 throughout the rest of the continental US with a heat or cold pack if necessary. I live in the Los Angeles area, so if you're anywhere nearby, we could possibly meet somewhere. I'm willing to travel a reasonable distance if you agree to cover gas. This should be much cheaper than shipping and much safer for your new gecko(s).

Guarantee - Live arrival is guaranteed as long as someone is home to accept the package upon arrival. I ship between Mon-Wed. I will not ship if under 40F or over 90F here or at your location. I back my geckos 100%, so buy with confidence.

You must notify me of any problems upon arrival, or anything that comes up within 72 hrs. After that, I cannot be responsible for husbandry errors. The well-being of the geckos and your satisfaction are my main priorities, so even if it's past 72 hours, please email or call and let me know what's going on.

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED - If you'd like me to hold a gecko, I will accept a 25% deposit for up to 14 days. After that time if you have not paid in full or made arrangements with me, you forfeit the deposit.
